CHARTS YOU CAN USE plus handy hints on techniques
I've finally got round to getting some new charts ready. I did some quilting classes and thought it would be fun to have charts based on quilt blocks.
These can be used to make your own cross stitch "quilt" or in any other way you fancy.
The colours are just to show the combinations of light, medium and dark colours which would be used in traditional quilting so feel free to change them to your own choice. Do remember to stick to the light, medium and dark combinations though.
These charts have quite a lot of fractional stitches in them so I'd advise using evenweave or linen fabric for stitching on. Fractional stitches on Aida are a nightmare - to me at any rate!
Autumn is coming in so here's a pattern to remind us of those gorgeous colours.
Just right-click on the chart to save it to your own computer and then you can print it out.
I'm happy to share my charts with other stitchers but please remember that they are my copyright.
